1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Domain Name Lovers (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. No financial or investment advice

Everything on this Site — the guides, the tools, the scores, and anything said in the community — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not licensed to provide any of those.

Domain name investing is speculative and carries real risk of loss. Most domain names never sell. Holding costs recur annually regardless of whether a name ever sells, and domains are illiquid — there is no guarantee you can sell one at any price or on any timeline. Past sales, including any described on this Site, do not predict future results. Do your own research and consider consulting a qualified professional before committing money.

3. The free tools

The domain scorer and portfolio triage tools produce heuristic scores based only on the text of a domain name. They are not appraisals, valuations, or price estimates and must not be relied on as such. They cannot know who wants a name, what a buyer will pay, or whether a name infringes anyone else’s rights. Scores are provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy, and any decision you make based on one is yours alone.

4. Membership and billing

Community membership is sold and administered by Whop, and access is delivered through Discord. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Whop’s terms and by the plan you select at checkout — please read them before purchasing.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for harassment, spam, scams, sharing access credentials, or conduct that makes the space worse for everyone else. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Community content

Opinions expressed by members are theirs, not ours. We do not verify claims members make about sales, valuations, or opportunities, and we are not responsible for any transaction you enter into with another member. Treat deals arranged through the community with the same caution you would apply anywhere else.

6. Domain sales

Domain names listed on this Site are offered subject to availability and may be sold, withdrawn, or repriced at any time without notice. Listing a name is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. No sale is final until both parties agree terms in writing and the transfer completes, normally through an escrow service. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves that a name does not infringe any third-party trademark before purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the Site; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it; or use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this Site are owned by Brooks Conkle unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost sales, or lost domain value arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to services we do not control, including Whop, Discord, registrars, and marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top reflects the last change. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
